CRS score estimator

What could your Express Entry score be?

Answer the questions below using your verified or expected credentials (for example, actual language test results and an ECA for foreign education). The scoring follows the official IRCC CRS criteria. Your score updates live as you answer.

1 About you

This changes the entire scoring grid. IRCC uses the “without spouse” grid if your partner is not accompanying, or is already a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

“Two or more” means at least two completed credentials, with one program lasting three years or longer.

An Educational Credential Assessment confirms what your foreign credential equals in Canada. It must be valid when you create your profile and apply.

French NCLC 7+ in every skill automatically adds 25 points, or 50 when English is also CLB 5+ in every skill.

3 Work experience

For skilled trades only: this is a provincial, territorial or federal trade certificate—not a school diploma or course certificate.

5 Additional points
French-language bonus
Calculated automatically from your language results: 0 points

NCLC 7+ in all four French skills earns 25 points, or 50 if you also have CLB 5+ in all four English skills.

0 points: IRCC removed CRS job-offer points on March 25, 2025. A job offer may still matter for program eligibility.

Estimate only. This calculator is an educational tool. It is not legal advice, not an eligibility assessment, and does not guarantee any score IRCC would assign. Actual CRS scoring depends on verified documents, ECAs, and language test results. Program rules change frequently — confirm everything with a licensed professional before making decisions.

Provincial points calculator

Estimate your provincial nominee score.

Choose a province or territory. Where it publishes an official points grid, we score your answers against that grid and show the source and the date we last checked it. Where it does not, you get the key factors its streams look at. Estimates only: provinces verify every claim and change their grids without notice.

PNP pathway finder

Which provincial pathways might fit?

Answer a few quick questions. This is a conservative first screen, not an eligibility test — it suggests which provincial and federal pilot pages are worth reading and discussing with a licensed consultant. It never invents scores or guarantees.

Not an assessment. Provincial programs change streams, criteria, and intake windows often, and many use competitive expression-of-interest draws. Treat these suggestions as a reading list for your consultation — a licensed RCIC should confirm fit before you act.
